Northern monks kettle soured FLIPA brewed in collaboration with pigs ears for the beer+art series 02 2018. Whirlpool hopped to bring out the combination of hops such as Hallertau blanc that adds lots of flowery-fruity aromas, Citra witch brings a gentle bitterness and cascade this brings notes of tropical fruits to the beer. To finish they have added some stunning cherries that gives the beer a ruby red appearance is then sweetened with Madagascan vanilla and lactose.
