Once a year, you should ride with Paria!
Celebrating a love of beer and cycling, North Brewing are pushing the pedal to the metal on a 60 mile cycle around Yorkshire. When they pass the finish line, they're going to be thirsty!
In this years Paria IPA, they're going back to their house New England style. Extra pale malt, oats and wheat give this beer a deep yellow hue and opaque appearance.
A small amount of bitterness in combination with the malt grist makes room for the fresh, smooth, juicy flavours that come from generous dry hopping.
Comet hops bring lustrous flavours of pine, resin and pink grapefruit that entwine with sharp passion fruit flavours from a big dose of Australian Galaxy hops, whilst El Dorado provides distinct flavours of juicy fleshy pear, honey melon and stone fruit.
Pale Malt and Wheat backbone generously hopped with Centennial, Citra and Mosaic to create a balanced, moreish and session-able American pale ale.
This grown up fruit salad is as colourful as the most hideous Hawaiian shirt you’ve ever seen. It’s super juicy and crammed full of fruity hop flavours that will have your mouth watering. Imagine sitting by the pool in the blazing sun with a cocktail in one hand, but instead of a dainty little glass it’s served by the pint!
Packed full of American hops, amplified by Peach, Passionfruit, Pineapple and Mango flavours!
This marshmallow porter has the classic roasty qualities of a proper dark ale, whilst the marshmallow gives it a smooth sweetness, both combining for a delightful, S’mores-like ale. A sweet treat for the cold winter nights.
Tiny Rebels first brew of this luxurious dark ale sold out in just 36 hours!
With its rich aroma of hops and malt, and a long, deep, bittersweet finish, Gem is an exceptional best bitter.
