This beer is a nod to both our love of the original hazy beer Witbier - and new-world, juicy IPAs. Fermented with London Fog, the beer is smooth and peachy. The grist was loaded with wheat malt (35%), flaked wheat (10%), flaked oats (10%) and then was balanced out with continental Pils malt. Low in bitterness, but heavily dry-hopped, this beer used copious amounts of Idaho 7 and El Dorado, with a small touch of coriander in the brewhouse.
