All Little Earth's beers are fermented with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria sourced from local apples/cider.
Often their beers also express a green apple flavor from slight oxygen exposure in oak barrels.
For this beer they took 2 barrels of really well balanced sour beer, and sat it on locally foraged crab apples for several months.
The resulting beer is a zippy, sour beer bursting with sharp apple flavors but also a balancing sweetness that makes it incredibly drinkable.
