In August 2016 Big drop was founded by Rob Fink and James Kindred and set about creating a brewery that only makes low/no alcohol beers.
This is the first beer that Big drop made, it is something special a great full flavoured stout. With notes of coffee, cocoa nibs and a lingering hint of sweet vanilla this beer is dark, rich and indulgent.
Keep it in the fridge but take it out about an hour or so before you drink it, as all that decadence needs a bit of warming up.
If it’s later, a chocolate fondant rounds off this truly extravagant beer.
Ingredients: water, barley, oats, rye, hops, yeast, lactose, cocoa nibs.
Pale Malt and Wheat backbone generously hopped with Centennial, Citra and Mosaic to create a balanced, moreish and session-able American pale ale.
Beavertowns every day, all day, easy drinking, go to ipa. This started life as a home-brew.
They wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply get it down ya neck.
Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of late hop additions throughout the last 20 minutes of the boil and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly ‘easy’ ipa.
This marshmallow porter has the classic roasty qualities of a proper dark ale, whilst the marshmallow gives it a smooth sweetness, both combining for a delightful, S’mores-like ale. A sweet treat for the cold winter nights.
Tiny Rebels first brew of this luxurious dark ale sold out in just 36 hours!
Originally brewed as a collaboration with Kissmeyer Beer, this is Magic Rocks take on a traditional German style Gose, flavoured with fruit, sea buckthorn and sea salt.
Tart, lightly sour, fruity and refreshing with a defined saltiness makes this beer an excellent accompaniment to food.
