We Sell Fragile Items!
Whilst we do check all items before shipping, there is a chance that cans can get dented and glass can get broken on its way to you, this is sometimes the inevitable consequences of mail order!
If you notice that any packaging is damaged when delivered by our courier, it is important to check the goods and if damaged, call us immediately.
More often than not, dented beer cans are still totally fine to be used, although the appearance of the packaging may be affected - we appreciate your co-operation.

Did not like the beer
There may be instances that you may not like the taste of a product you have bought. Unfortunately taste is a very personal experience. If you do find that there is a beer you do not like, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
In the vary rare instance that you feel a beer is off (provided it is still within the recommended drink date and has been stored in suitable conditions), please contact us. We will arrange to replace the faulty beer (or if not available, another type which is of equivalent value). Alternatively if you prefer we will arrange a credit of an amount equal to the value of the original purchased. We reserve the right to ask you to provide evidence of the fault and/or to collect the faulty product for inspection.
Please keep the can/bottle and if possible a sample of the beer as we may ask for details off the container or photographs. We will not be able to do anything without these details.
Storing your beer
Beer can be fizzy, so please take care when opening. Some beers can stain surfaces it comes into contact with, so please try not to spill it.
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation. Where possible, you should store your beer at a stable, cool temperature, out of direct.
Age of the Beer
A lot of the beers we sell have not been fined (cleared), filtered or had preservatives added. This means that the beers can have a short Best Before Date. We endeavour to send you a beer that has a long shelf life, and aim for at least 30 days before the best before date expires.
The Best Before Date is an indication of when the beer is at its best, however, due to the bottling / canning process, beer will last a lot longer than this and will still be very drinkable for a long time after. Just because 1 day has passed wont mean it has suddenly become undrinkable! Many beers continue to condition in the bottle and can be stored in exactly the same way as a good wine (which isn’t required to have best before dates!). People are still drinking bottles from the Titanic and living to tell the tale.
Just because it has passed its Best Before Date, doesn't mean that it has gone bad. Drinking beer that is past its best before date won’t do you any harm and can be a perfectly enjoyable experience.
Please be aware, that some cans show a bottled / canned on date and do not have a Best Before Date just to add further confusion.
