Bitz Online Limited, us, acts as the data controller of the personal data you give us, by ordering products, or by sending request forms, or by contacting us in other ways. We'll only ever ask for the information that we need, and we'll only use it for the purpose we state. All the order details we store are held on secure systems, and this information is located within the UK. Except for the conditions listed below or required by law, we don't give them to anyone else.
When creating an account on BeercraftBath.com to order items, we’ll ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. We also store your order details. We’ll only use those to process your orders and contact you about your orders. We may also invite you to provide feedback on your order, or ask you if all was well with the delivery.
When placing your order using our online checkout, we offer several choices on how to pay.
Whichever payment service you choose to process your payment, these services adhere to extremely strict security and privacy standards. You enter payment information directly using their secure systems, and for added security, we don’t have any access to your full payment details. All of our payments through Brewbitz.com are handled by Shopify.
To get your order to you, we use several delivery methods. Depending on the items and service you choose, we currently use DPD and the Royal Mail. To provide you with an easy delivery and, in some cases, tracking information, we may give them your name and address, mobile phone number and email address. They use this information to deliver your goods only.
We run an email newsletter to let you know about seasonal recipes, offers, new products and news, and we’d love you to subscribe. This list is completely separate to your order details and BeercraftBath account, and requires you to sign up separately. You will also need to reply to an email to confirm your consent to receive the newsletter.
If you have subscribed to our email newsletter, we will only send you relevant emails and won't pass your details onto anyone else. If you wish to stop receiving these emails you can either use the unsubscribe link you can find on each and every email, or contact us by email, letter or phone.
