An unfiltered pilsner style lager made with traditional and new varieties of UK hops.
Brewed by Yonder Brewing of Radstock, Somerset.
This TRIPLE FRUITED PASTRY SOUR, based on a peach melba (named after Australian opera-singer Nellie Melba), features the most fruit Yonder have packed in to a beer, EVER.
Peach, Apricot and Raspberry combined and dosed at approximately 360 grams per litre and finished with a touch of vanilla.
It's thick, tart, fruity and decadent. Nellie would be proud!
Welcome in... BLUE JAM!
Packed with more blueberries than you can fit into a 4 foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple (yes, sorry not blue).
Much like the Gose-style beers Yonder are known for, this is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt, and this time, a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed (just a touch).
Mixed fermentation is at the heart of what Yonder do. The flavour possibilities are vast, unexplored and untameable.
This 4.5% ABV pale ale is brewed with a medley of cultures and 100% UK ingredients.
Expect high-end fruit flavours from UK grown Jester and Olicana hops, on top of the dry and funky finish of Brett fermentation.
You all know Yonder love foraging.
They also love a good saison.
Combining the two in a FORAGED SAISON is like second nature to them.
Tart fruits work so well in a saison base. It really lifts that dry finish in to something very special indeed and Sea Buckthorn is the perfect fruit to do that.
Packed full of Vitamin C they have a real citrus kick, which works so well in beer.
Yonders new imperial stout, Lupercalia has sweet, dark roasty malts with big flavours of chocolate and coffee.
Finished with a touch of sweet floral rose, a silky smooth mouthfeel and just the right amount of booze.
Celebrate the dark side.
