Worleys are located in Shepton Mallet, and are very particular about which apples they use- one of the reasons why we love em'! They don’t add flavourings to our ciders, yet each cider we make has distinct characteristics, determined by the apple blends they use. They successfully export to USA, Canada, New Zealand and the Netherlands; and just recently they have shipped Worley’s out to Hong Kong. West Country cider at its best.
A medium-sweet cider made from light, sharp juice at ABV 5.5%. This comes across as an ‘Eastern style’ cider or a white wine. Light and low-ABV, with bags of fruit and mellow balanced sharpness.
A powerful fruity character is ensured by using only 100% apple juice in every batch. As always at Worleys, the freshly pressed golden cider apple juice is run into vessels and allowed to slowly ferment under the action of natural yeasts in a cool, dark barn before racking off and maturing for several months.
Shepton Mallet, England
A fruity and easy-going medium cider, brewed in the heart of Somerset by Worleys Cider.
A raft of late-season bittersweet apple varieties are blended to make the most of the strengths of each apple in harmony with the characteristics of its blend partners.
A perennial favourite at Worleys and a hugely drinkable cider.
Very popular on their own event bars where it outsells everything else by a country mile!
