Passion fruit, orange, guava, and yes more orange!
Fruit and beer are a constant in Wild Beers brewing repertoire. This beer combines a boldly hopped pale ale, brimming with tropical fruit character from southern hemisphere hops. These flavours and aromas are then augmented by adding 3 of Brett’s favourite fruits: Passion-fruit, Orange and Guava.
Refreshingly light bodied and perfect for enjoying in the sunshine that is just around the corner.
A Chocolate and Salted Caramel Milk Stout....
Sometimes a drink can make you feel so decadent it's like you're a millionaire; this beer wraps you in a velvety cocoon, dresses you in a smart suit and takes you out for a special night on the tiles.
Sweet and salty collide in this rich, balanced and smooth dessert stout. Lactose, caramel and high quality Valrhona cocoa nibs provide a chocolate and caramel backbone alongside the roasty malts whilst the Cornish Sea Salts gives a savoury salty kick, raising this beautiful beer above the norm.
The vanilla pods add something a little special to the character of the beer. Helping produce an elegant, creamy, soothing confection of aromas and flavours. It’s like a rich dessert in a glass.
Wild Beers everyday beer; Bibble (Which means to drink regularly here in Somerset!)
Brewed with Vienna Malt and Oats, an amazing mouth filling malt base. Hopped with beautiful Mosaic hops, renowned for their tropical fruit beauty, helped along with some nice orangey Amarillo hops both at the end of the boil and in the dry hop. It is unfined, so naturally hazy. A moreish bitterness is complimented by tropical fruit tastiness.
Kalamansification is a tropical sour inspired by zingy tropical citrus cocktails.
Its bright colour comes from hibiscus flowers and has a big tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma.
Kalamansification is a blend of exotic fruits and flowers, which makes this beer incredibly drinkable and versatile. Enjoy it out of the can or pour it into a stemmed glass to appreciate the colour and aroma to the max. This is our maiden use of the Kalamansi fruit, an exotic citrus fruit from the Philippines to give it that extra bit of tropical citrus hit.
Vivo is a wonderfully drinkable, session IPA where modern hop flavours are layered on top of a uniquely fermenting yeast strain.
This beer is all about showcasing the Kveik yeast and uses pokey and intense hop varieties that bring an upfront classic bitterness combined with a fruit-juice punch of flavour.
The Kveik yeast is a wonderful thing, and comes from the wilderness of Norway where it has been used for decades in traditional farmhouse brewing. A yeast that ferments incredibly quickly at very warm temperatures without creating off-flavours, instead, beautifully fruity esters that come to the fore.
A blend of Ekuanot, Simcoe and Vic Secret hops lend bright tropical aromas and flavours of peach, passionfruit and mango with a slightly resinous pine finish.
Yokai is a delightfully balanced blend of bright Yuzu citrus, umami from the seaweed and gentle spice from Sichuan peppercorns.
It takes inspiration from Yadokai, WIld Beer's infamous sake-inspired 13% beer.
Yokai brings the delights of these ingredients, used so well in it’s predecessor, but are now more accessible in a balanced lower alcohol beer. It's all about the balance of the ingredients, and how they can work with Asian food. This takes inspiration from one of their favourite beers - Yadokai, but is packaged for a more everyday occasion.
Kelp seaweed and sea salt build a salty, umami base while oats maintain body and mouthfeel as a sharp yuzu citrus high note leaps up with the lightly fragrant Szechuan playing in the background.
