Amarillo Mosaic feels like a combo Polly's probably should have done on their dearly departed Originals range as they just seem to fit together so well, but looking back through the archives, it's a combo they never managed to get around to doing.
They're setting the record firmly straight with Outside the Rumour Mill - a beer that sits in that perfect Polly's DDH Pale Ale boundary - not too thin, but not overly thick and soupy, full of flavour, but not overwhelming.
Amarillo brings a whole host of floral and citrus notes to the party, whilst Mosaic backs this up with a tropical explosion of juice.
Backed up with just a tickling of Talus for extra complexity, this beer is pure Polly's.
