This collaboration with Gravity Well Brewing started out as something altogether different, but as they learn to love in brewing, sometimes you have to make tweaks at the last minute to make the best of the ingredients you’re working with.
They definitely pulled the right rein here with a beautiful and hazy IPA as the result.
Hopped with Gravity Well’s favourite combo of Citra & Enigma, Last Minute Switch is creamy, tropical and an absolute delight to drink.
This New England style pale ale is brewed with oats for a full bodied and soft base beer, dry-hopped with two hefty charges of Citra and Motueka hops.
The results are an insanely drinkable and refreshing hazy pale with flavours of mixed citrus fruits.

The softest water profile they've used combined with some new malt bill techniques and a generous DDH of Azacca and El Dorado!

Word on the street is, California knows how to party.
Lowtide thought they’d take a page out of their book and throw a party of their own - in a can.
They invited their best friends, Eukanot, Citra & Azacca, and introduced them to Vienna Malt, Windor Yeast, and a few others to see what would happen.
Needless to say, it popped off.
