Sarah Harris takes us to the Scarborough seaside with this new beer from Northern Monks Patrons Project.
Wanting to recreate the classic seaside experience, the sun is out(!), fish 'n'n chips are on the menu and you can have your double cone ice cream sat on the beach.
So, they build a double ice cream Pale Ale on a base of flaked oats with loads of extra mouthfeel provided by Chit malt.
Loads of lactose and Madagascan vanilla provide that creaminess, brining out the most classic ice cream flavors in scoop 1.
For scoop 2, 100 grams per litre of strawberry puree!
All topped off with scoop 3 - the Flake - late addition of milk chocolate to the brew!
This classic Czech Pilsner brewed by Overtone is dry hopped with Callista, which brings flavours of passionfruit, stone fruit and berries - with a hint of pine.
Overtone's first chocolate milk stout has a twist.
It has been dry hopped with HBC472 from America that brings flavours of coconut and whisky barrel aging.
Smooth and creamy in texture, roasted malty flavours that deliver a well-balanced stout that is sure to be quaffable.
Now with added Lactose!
This Gose is a mix ferment Gose by Overtone Brew Co, with additions of Mirabelle Plum from Lorraine, France and Lebanese Ginger.
This brings you a tart Gose that is brewed using Indian coriander and pink Himalayan Sea salt.
This mixed fermentation sour from Overtone is brewed with Lactose and oats, and uses massive amounts of blueberry and pomegranate.
This creates a fruity, creamy beer with a tart finish.
