Wander Beyond Brewing - Gulp
*Obviously delayed post...* 2nd beer of the night, and it has to be noted, valentines day! I have to say that I thought I did pretty good...took the missus to Bradford-On-Avon for a wander in the sun, then a nice veggie tapas at Pablo's Bistro. In return I've got a delicious risotto in the belly and was involved in an impromtu wine tasting in the kitchen which is never a bad thing... Cool set of puffer gush being hunted down by an expert hop hunter in the sea is just a fantastic can design!
First smell is just a hazy apricot one, like you're balancing the fresh fruit on a beer and getting the consequences. The first swig is a boozy milkshake one that certainly made me open my eyes and exclaim in a relatively unmanly way. Juicy peach and apricot is crushed into this little 250ml can, than jacked up with 12% ABV to get the pulse quickening. A really sticky almost tropical mouthfeel wrapped up in that lactose delivery is a cracking taste. Usually if turn my nose up at a drink with these ingredients, but this is an enjoyable tipple... As always, I hope you enjoyed my personal review, but why not come into @beercraftbath and try it for yourself!...🍺🤓 Han
