Verdant - Pulp! Was looking forward to this beer, so decided to give it the Saturday primetime position. Wandered around beautiful Chippenham in the day with the other half, then sitting down with a nice chilli in front of the box seemed pretty apt to chug back this one.
Really vibrant can with vivid purple backing showing a bright 'bogey' green name definitely caught the attention... First smell as I cracked open the can was a tropical one, but it was a very full one, almost chewable. The following taste was filled with anticipation....and it didn't disappoint! That soft fruity taste without any tartness came straight in with those fullsome double IPA hops hitting at the rear. A touch of bitterness at the end was just enough to keep me coming back for more and was perfectly balanced.
Basically, this is a gorgeous IPA that any beer lover should grab, kick back and enjoy....
As always, I hope you enjoyed my personal review, but why not come into Beercraft of Bath and try it for yourself!...🍺🤓
Cheers everyone!🍻 Han
