Pressure Drop Brewing - Pale Fire

Pressure Drop Brewing - Pale Fire

*Delayed pre-Christmas tipple* Nearing the end of my working week before the break, a hectic day of picking and packing, but relaxation and happiness was definitely in sight. The can showed a forest scene overlooking some spectacular mountains, not hugely grabbing, but pretty none the less.

First smell is a tropical one that seem light and airy. The following swig delivers a definite hoppy hit which carries some fruity and tropical flavours. It's a very clean drink that's obviously balanced well and you'd comfortably kick back a couple without tiring. The Pale Ale is not in my wheelhouse usually, but this is a nice sample of one for those regulars out there.

As always, I hope you enjoyed my personal review, but why not come into Beercraft of Bath and try it for yourself!...🍺🤓 Han

The following swig delivers that beautiful sweetness that is certainly reminiscent of smooth syrup over pancakes, before that coffee taste comes in. Have to say that the more I hit it back, the more I liked it, as the balance of coffee and sugary syrup came into play.

First smell just tells you I'm an IPA with full fruity flavours bulking under the snout. The following swig just gives you an electric shock of powerful hops that are a real eye opener, then straight behind is that thick mouthfeel giving you tropical flavour. Each swig after packs a punch, but a more subtle peachy tone starts coming through to end the taste.
