BeerCraft of Bath's Ramblings on Craft Beer

The Tipsy-Train Beer Blog with Gloucester Brewery's Session IPA

February 18, 2020

Gloucester Brewery - Session IPA

Gloucester Brewery - Session IPA

Drinking while playing some nighttime @gameofkittens with the other half, so was interested to see the effect it would have on any potential masterful winning performance. (Spoiler alert it didn't have a positive effect, but I hunk that was more down to my Base level of idiocy...) Can isn't the most exciting with descriptive text of what the beer is on a yellow circle background...too much can text to be honest.

First smell is a very pineappley one with a bit of oomph behind it. The next swig is a short hoppy one that gives a strong lemon hit, but disappears quick sharp. The tropical IPA taste is quite nice actually, but it's pretty damn thin and just seems to be over very fast. Potential in the drink, but missing something to be a can that I'd go back to...

As always, I hope you enjoyed my personal review, but why not come into @beercraftbath and try it for yourself!...🍺🤓 Han
