Electric Bear & Beatnikz Republic - Udder Option

Electric Bear & Beatnikz Republic - Udder Option

Sunday evening beer after a relaxed day breathing in some January fresh chilly air and having a wonder round good'ol Lidl. Got some delicious soup and quesadillas for tea, so trying the can with a nifty dark design with what looks like urban street graffiti...I like it!

First smell as I cracked open the can was a malted roast one with a light coffee push. The next sip gave more of those smells onto the tastebuds with a definite chocolate backing that gave a bit more thickness to it. It's not a full mouthfeel, but the balance is nice and the flavours don't overpower eachother. Solid take on a stout... As always, I hope you enjoyed my personal review, but why not come into Beercraft of Bath and try it for yourself!...🍺🤓 Han

The following swig delivers that beautiful sweetness that is certainly reminiscent of smooth syrup over pancakes, before that coffee taste comes in. Have to say that the more I hit it back, the more I liked it, as the balance of coffee and sugary syrup came into play.

First smell just tells you I'm an IPA with full fruity flavours bulking under the snout. The following swig just gives you an electric shock of powerful hops that are a real eye opener, then straight behind is that thick mouthfeel giving you tropical flavour. Each swig after packs a punch, but a more subtle peachy tone starts coming through to end the taste.
