Polly's Brew Co - A Passion For Fashion
Steady day at work with a bit of marketing chucked into the picking & packing mix. Even got lost on a nice bracing evening stroll around Bath which was pretty neat...
So, the can is basically a photo of limes on limes on limes, which may give an insight into potential tastes! Smooth can opening on my slightly delayed train home released a zesty smell of freshly squeezed limes with an almost palpable salty followup.
Now the taste...one of the more powerful flavours I've ever got from a beer as this gose crams the portion of 115kg of fresh limes and 1kg Anglesey salt into your trap. Tart and sour limes hit me full on in a fantastically fresh eye-watering way that sucked my face back into itself, before a lip licking salty kiss was left at the end. More than one can in a row (or even finishing a whole one yourself) might be pushing it, but this sharp and full beer packs fantastic ingredients into a thrilling gose offering.
Give it a go, an absolute cracker!
As always, I hope you enjoyed my personal review, but why not come into Beercraft of Bath and try it for yourself!...
Cheers everyone!🍻 Han
