This American style IPA is easy to drink in the same way its namesake is easy to hear. On cracking it open, alongside the customary hiss and snap that opening a pint can such as this gives, I was greeted with an aroma of tropical fruits; the initial smells, the same as those which lasted through the pint, were mainly passion fruit along with a sweeter citrus such as tangerine.
After pouring into the glass, the IPA rose to a thin white head which dissipated quickly to reveal the hazy, orange-amber beer beneath it. While sipping, the thought: ‘It’d be very easy to have many of these’ persisted in my head; that’s how I’d describe this IPA in short, deliciously drinkable.
