Thanks to everyone who helped us with our first round of crowdfunding. It raised just short of £3k and that was enough to help us get in the plans, legals and everything in place to get permission to make BeerCraft bigger and better.
"Round 2"
Planning permission has been granted and we have been busy gathering quotes from local builders to assess roughly how much we'll need to increase our capacity.
We have a huge room at the back of the basement that we can make into an amazing lounge, a room to be made into a kitchen and capacity to increase the number of craft beers on tap.
Our aim is to kick off round 2 in a couple of weeks, and we have some cracking rewards if you are able to help us grow BeerCraft and make it the place for craft beer in Bath!
More details on the rewards, and how to invest in a dedicated email soon. So keep your eyes peeled!
COSMIC BREWING CO
We have another new local brewery gracing our shelves! Cosmic hail from Bristol and this tasty New England IPA is their very first canned beer, and oh yesss is it tasting fresh n' fruity! We were certainly impressed with these guys and are absolutely loving that can artwork - limited quantities and already going quick~
Verdant is one of those breweries that needs no introduction, and if you haven't tried a Verdant beer then what are you waiting for! We were able to grab some re-releases, with Gus being a rebrew and actually coming out even tastier then the previous batch. Verdant are always some of the quickest beers to go in the shop, so scoop some while you can.
The latest in our local friends 'conspiracy theories are hilarious and the people who believe them are dumb' series we have an apple and damson sour! This little beauty contains heaps of tropical Simcoe hops as well as plenty of apple, blackberry and, of course, damson!
We have yet to have a bad beer from Nottingham based brewery, Black Iris, so we just had to get some more in! From left to right they range in ABV, we have a session, an IPA and finally a big ol' DIPA. The middle IPA is a collab with Ridgeside brewery; expect dank, full bodied, well hopped brews out of these three.
